How to create the FAQ page

You can create a page to which you can add your customers' most frequently asked questions.

Follow these steps:

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Pages. Click Add page. In the Title box, type a title for your FAQ page. Choose FAQ from the Theme template drop-down menu in the Online Store section. Click Save.

   

2. Go to the Theme customization section. Click on the Home page menu‍.

   

3. Select Pages in the drop-down menu‍.

   

4. And pick the FAQ page there

   

5. Now, you can create your questions and answers on this page.

   

6. Click Add Collapsible row to add a new row and fill in the Heading and Raw content sections.
